a person with a very strong indian or middle eastern accent claims to be calling from the U.S. Investigating Dept. states that there is a law suit against me and that my social and residential address will be kept on file. The same exact person called again using a different name. Smells like FRAUD!!!!!!!

Called to lower interest rate. I hit 9 to ask a question. Hung up immediately. Never identified firm or with what card (if any) they were calling upon. A waste of my time and yes, I am on the do not call list. This didn't seem likely to be from either of my cards. No call back works.

repeated calls to my cell, my number is on do-not-call registry. I have even shosen their option for do not call and haven't stopped these nuisance calls
